Founded in the heart of the Asolo DOCG in 1984, this cuvée is fermented and bottled exclusively for Opimian from select Glera grapes and is such good value that we are not allowed to share the name of the estate! Like so many of Opimian's producers, rest assured that it is a small, family affair. The '84 Prosecco Asolo Superiore is a very likeable, medium-bodied sparkler expressing flavours of green apple, almond and mineral that trail into an appealing, off-dry finish. 2023-2025–LW
