Drinking nicely already, Altadonna Riserva 2016 has lots of potential! Spicy coconut oak aromas mingle with ripe dark fruits, blueberries and mulberries, and the result is a smooth, bitter cherry finish with a hint of smoke. After a traditional fermentation on skins for 21 days, the wine was matured in French oak barrels for 14 to 16 months.
