Floral aromas of talc and rose petal continue through on to the palate. This sparkling wine is made, unusually, from 100% Sangiovese. Grapes were pressed and the juice fermented in pressurized tanks to capture the sparkle – a process known as the Charmat method. Floral notes are complemented by the wine’s body: it is dry with a crisp acidity.
