Inspired by his 15 years in Burgundy including four years in a Meursault cellar, winemaker Floris Lemstra demonstrates the outstanding potential for white wines in the Languedoc with his Alternative Chardonnay. This is an intriguing wine offering a bouquet of red apple, grilled pear, mineral and saline aromas.
