Medium ruby hue. Beautifully fresh. Aromas of wild strawberry, red roses, licorice and raspberry waft from the glass: this is an essay in balance and power. The palate is awash with acidity and impressive, fine-grained tannins building to an endless finish with concentrated flavour that includes sour cherry, tar, florals, red plum, cinnamon and clove.
