This fine topaz-coloured reserve brandy is made from Jerez’ signature grape, Palomino Fino, aged for ten years in a traditional solera system. The final blend includes a small portion of 50-year-old brandy as well as a touch of sweet, raisined Pedro Ximénez bringing roundness and complexity.–JB
