I have underlined the word smooth in my tasting note for the 2021 Aresca Venere Dolcetto di Ovada. Fruity and floral on the nose with aromas of black cherry and violet. Notes of black cherry continue on the palate. A well-balanced wine with a very satisfying mouthfeel.
