Intense aromas of violets, blackberries, menthol, undergrowth and smoke. It is starting to develop good complex tertiary notes. Linear in structure, it has creamy vanilla notes with nice blackcurrant flavours, a grainy texture and succulent finish. Cabernet Sauvignon from three carefully selected plots in Stellenbosch was carefully handpicked in the cool, early hours of March 19-20, 2019.
