This wine offers a pronounced bouquet of violet, plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, cured meat and cedar. These aromas carry over to the core where they are joined by a trace of mint. The body is unified by firm but ripe tannins and fresh acidity. Only 20 barrels of Aristea Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 were produced. 2023-2028 – LW
