Aromas of vanilla, limes and fresh pears lead to more ripe fruits on the palate. It is rich and smooth and perfectly balanced by the citrus acidity with lingering flavours of lemon, limes and stone fruits. Chardonnay was lovingly picked on February 14, 2020; it was fermented then matured in barrel for 11 months with 35% new, 35% second fill and 30% third fill.
