Caramel and toffee characters dominate white fruit aromas. More toasty flavours on the palate are complemented with roasted pineapple and ripe tropical fruits. It is well balanced with good presence on the palate and just the right level of stringency on finish, giving length. It was matured for eight months in French oak barrels produced specifically for white wines.
