Subtle flavours of nectarines, fresh apricots and other stone fruits are all present in Berton’s Vermentino. Grapes came from two plots in the Riverland, ripening about 10 days apart. Each was picked according to flavour development in the grapes and fermented separately. Crisp and refreshing, it is a delight.
