Stefano Chioccioli ’s philosophy is a perfect balance between innovation and tradition. He’s always looking for the best in terms of wine making, such as the use of creative materials like pottery and ceramic. This aspect is always mixed with a deep knowledge of the wine’s creation art and respect for natural processes both in the vineyards and in the cellar. His approach starts from the analysis of the terroir, the soil, the climate and above all the characteristics of the local varieties. Both the indigenous and the international varieties develop specific aspects revealing the authentic soul of each territory. Borgo la Caccia wine estate (Lombardy) is located in a different territory compared to the Chioccioli’s family wine cellar (Tuscany). Stefano’s excellent knowledge and approach to wine making is applied on the varieties and terroir typical of Lake Garda. This mix generates stylish, elegant and intense wines with a strong identity, recognizable on all the range.
