Medium lemon hue. Complex, nuanced wine with bright acidity and a fine mousse. There's a subtle, biscuity autolysis to the palate that lends nuance, with peaches and mature notes of porcini and nuts. Take care when opening that the wax from the capsule doesn't enter the bottle, as, from experience, this will cause the mousse to become VERY frothy! 2026-2030 – NH
