The first sparkling wine can be traced to 1531 Limoux, almost two centuries before the making of the first Champagne. The Bulles d'O is a traditional method sparkling wine made from a blend of 90% Mauzac, 5% Chardonnay and 5% Chenin Blanc. Its bouquet is layered with the scent of apple, lemon, chalk and biscuit. The palate is refreshing, carrying forward the notes of the nose before giving way to a mineral-dressed finish. 2023-2024–LW
