It is dry with a medium acidity, a lazy mousse, a medium extract, a medium texture and a medium body. It has lovely length and fruit with flavours of dough, nuts, lemon peel and pith, slight bitterness, chalk, oil/bone marrow, and a medium finish. 2025-2026–IR
