Off dry rosés have traditionally been produced around Anjou from Cabernet Franc grapes. En Mirabeau 2018 is a vibrant pale pink colour. Fruity aromas of melons, pears and strawberries are complemented by some residual sweetness and a balanced acidity finishing with flavours of lemon and fresh apples. Grapes came from a five-hectare plot on gravelly soils at the north-eastern boundary of the appellation.
