Pale lemon hue. Fresh, carefree nose of candied pear, granny smith, lime juice, and yellow plum. The light-bodied palate has a slightly oily nature and calls to mind hot days and grilled fish. Both acidity and alcohol are neatly integrated, allowing the subtle flavours of lemon zest, yellow apple, sage and bay to take centre stage. This is an easy-going style that requires little
