Cedary oak spices dominate the bouquet with touches of smoke masking the fruit. On the palate, it is well balanced with flavours of dates and raisins. It has good weight followed by a woody finish. After a slow maceration, the wine was aged for 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks and small 225-litre barriques.
