Quite a serious rosé with yeasty doughy aromas over a strawberry background, it was produced from Pinot Noir left for a short cold maceration on skins to give it its pale salmon pink colour. It is medium bodied with a touch of residual sweetness balanced by a firm crisp acidity and lemon sherbet flavour.
