2020 was an early vintage in Touraine, and this red has all the signs from the warm summer conditions. Floral aromas of hibiscus with wine gums lead to a medium-bodied wine with raspberry flavours complemented by a firm mineral acidity. A blend of Cabernet Franc with Malbec, which is called Cot in the region.
