A slightly wispy, light lemon-yellow appearance here. The nose is a touch shy with elements of quince, mushroom, lees, Asian pear, fresh and dried fig, wet chalk and hints of honey and crabapple. The palate is dry and shows a medium-plus acidity, a medium-plus extract, a medium texture, a medium-plus body and the same length and fruit intensity (if a bit scrambled now) with quince, lees, chalk, mushroom and fig, and followed by a medium finish.
