Gigondas produces big bold wines using a high proportion of Grenache – up to 80%. The Dentelles de Montmirail are a backdrop to the scenery with vineyards nestled in its foothills. Le Graminier 2020 is restrained yet full of red berries and cherry fruits fighting to get out. It is supple and smooth on the palate with concentrated cherry menthol flavours and a rich firm acidity adding great depth. Despite its high alcohol at 15.5%, it is pure and fresh and perfectly balanced. Produced from a blend of 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre.
