This is an elegant white wine with delicate white peach and nectarine aromas. It is a blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon grown on south facing slopes with gravel on the surface over limestone and clay mother rock. It is medium bodied with a velvet texture, peachy flavours and a sour cape gooseberry finish.
