Château de Rouquette is superbly sited on the right bank of the Garonne River at the top of a hill, 40 kilometres from Bordeaux. The 2019 white is a smooth and flavoursome wine produced from a blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon grapes grown on vines planted 40 years ago. It has appealing lime sherbet and fresh green apple aromas complemented by a crisp lemon and lime finish.
