Château d'Ollières is located between Sainte-Victoire and Sainte-Baume in Provence. Father and son Hubert and Charles Rouy purchased the estate in 2003. The property’s vineyards are surrounded by mountains, which create a significant change in temperature between day and night: this diurnal variation allows for the optimal ripening of the grapes. The 2022 Château d'Ollières Classique Rosé is a likeable wine with a pretty profile of strawberry, raspberry, cherry and plum fruit. 2023-2024–LW
