A deep ruby, opaque pour. The nose offers medium-plus intensity aromas of cassis reduction, cream, lees, chocolate and a hint of cedar. Dry with a medium acidity, the palate shows a medium extract, medium medium-textured tannins and a medium body with a nice length and persistent lifted flavours of cassis reduction, cedar, celery and chocolate, wrapping with a medium-plus finish. A bit singular but quite a bit here for the price.
