A 60% Sauvignon with 20% each of Muscadelle and Sémillon. A light lemon-yellow hue. The nose greets with lively, medium-plus intensity aromas of white spice/cardamom, quince, star fruit, tomatillo and tomato leaf, wax, camomile and pickling spice/dill. The palate is a bit more subdued right now: dry, with a medium-minus acidity, a medium extract, a soft texture, a medium body and subtler expressions of star fruit, quince, camomile and dill, with a brief finale. It should gain a better definition on the palate with a few months in a bottle. 2025-2026–IR
