Chateau Haut Peyrat Prelude AOC Bordeaux Superieur Isabelle & Didier Gil
Medium to full bodied, it has earthy black fruit aromas with concentrated black cherry flavour and a fine powdery texture. Not quite at its peak, it should continue to develop. Produced from a blend of 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Chateau Haut Peyrat AOC Cadillac Cotes de Bordeaux Isabelle & Didier Gil
A savoury wine with soot, herbs and a touch of leather. It is medium to full bodied with a grainy texture and great structure made from a blend of 50% Merlot with 25% each of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Black cherries emerge on the palate with liquorice and treacle flavours. Château Haut-Peyrat is at Cambes in Cadillac-Cotes de Bordeaux Appellation.
