Château Mirausse in the commune of Badens in the Minervois is a mere four-minute drive from Château Canet. The 13-hectare domaine, run by Raymond Julien, makes easy drinking wines from traditional varieties. His Rouge d’Azerolle 2019 has cherries, rhubarb and spicy fruits. It is medium bodied with a solid structure. Grapes were harvested by hand and then underwent carbonic maceration.
