A full-bodied wine, it has mellow, sweet, ripe dark fruits with a hint of leather. The palate is dense and structured with black fruits and a cherry menthol finish. Grapes were grown at between 400-450 metres on the upper plateau of Vinsobres facing Mont Ventoux.
