A zesty wine with aromas of fresh lemons, grapefruit and green apples and just a touch of cassis. It is crisp and supple, featuring a smoky flint and pink grapefruit finish. After 12 hours of skin maceration to maximize flavours, the grapes were then gently pressed and a long and slow fermentation was carried out.
