A smooth, crisp white with lots of delicate fruit. Floral aromas combined with white peach and a hint of cassis lead to a supple palate. More peach and passion fruit emerge in the mouth and continue to linger, giving it lots of more-ish appeal. Produced from Sauvignon Blanc and Gris, grapes were left to macerate on skins for 12 hours prior to pressing, followed by cool fermentation and maturation on fine lees.
