The wine has a deep ruby, opaque core with a garnet rim, in line with its age. The aromas also reflect some bottle age: lifted, evolving, and quite attractive, with medium-intensity notes of cedar, sundried tomatoes, roasted bell pepper, cassis, mulch, brick, and carrot cake. This theme carries through to the palate: dry, with medium acidity, medium extract, medium fine-textured tannins, medium body, lovely length, and evolving, well-defined flavours of cedar, mint, roasted bell peppers, sundried tomatoes, mulch, brick, and carrot cake, leading to a medium-plus warm finish. 2025–2029–IR
