Salmon pink in colour, Cœur de Cuvée Rosé has winey aromas with delicate floral notes. It is a smooth wine, quite broad on the palate and easy drinking. Black Grenache, Syrah and Merlot grapes were very gently pressed giving the juice a touch of colour before it was fermented at low temperature.
