Colpasso Grillo has intense aromas of grapefruit and fresh grapes with a hint of smoke. Grillo is a traditional grape variety grown on the island of Sicily, originally to produce Marsala – the island’s sweet fortified wine. This dry version of Grillo has delicious flavours of ripe white fruits, pears and peaches which all linger on the palate.
