Another delightful wine from Colpasso
made via appassimento. Hand-
harvested Nero d'Avola grapes loose
30% of their water weight as they dry
for three to four weeks. The result is an
expressively perfumed bouquet of black
cherries jubilee, rose and strawberry
with an underlying smoky/earthy note
that adds interest. The palate is stuffed
with mouthwatering flavours of
raspberry, cherry, pomegranate and
herb. Great value.
