An intriguing Sauvignon with more subtle yet complex aromas of fennel, aniseed, dried camomile, hops, white peach and floral notes. It is medium-bodied with mid-palate weight and depth of flavour. 90% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel followed by six months in contact with fine lees and 10% in concrete egg-shaped tanks.
