Deep ruby. Sultry nose of blackcurrant, black pepper, sandalwood and tar teetering on the brink of generosity. The palate is not at all showy, rather exhibiting weighty layers of cassis, blackberry, crushed blueberry, black cherry, plus oaky notes including cedar, vanilla, leather and cigar box.
