A deep-purple ruby, opaque appearance. The nose offers a medium-intensity aromatic set of black plum reduction, cooked beetroot, vanilla, mint and cream. With a medium-minus acidity, the palate is dry and delivers a medium extract, medium fine-textured tannins and a medium body with lovely length and intensity showing a nice poise with elements of plum reduction, vanilla, mint, beetroot and creamy, and a medium-plus finish. 2024-2026–IR
