Lemon-green hue. A perfect combination of oak and typical Sauvignon Blanc flavours. There's a nod to white Burgundy in the mealy, almost nutty elements of the nose, but it mingles so nicely with nettle and elderflower that you are soon back in Sauvignon Blanc country. Such a wonderfully mouthcoating texture on the palate, adding intrigue and flair to this sometime strait-laced wine.
