This is a mature Champagne, bright in colour with complex and mellow characters. Egg custard, butter and nectarine aromas lead to a palate with spicy flavours, cooked yellow plums, peaches, honey and a bitter citrus-pith finish. Bottle fermentation occurred in 2014 followed by aging until disgorgement in October 2021.
