A deep pink colour due to the presence of 12% Pinot Noir, Doyard-Mahé’s Rosé has aromas of strawberry creamsicle, rosehip and raspberries. Red fruit flavours continue onto the palate, combined with a herbal and vinous twist adding depth. The Pinot Noir element underwent first fermentation in oak, adding a savoury edge.
