The wine is light lemon-yellow in the glass. A medium-intensity nose offers clean lees, dough, chalk, oil, Granny Smith apple and grapefruit pith. It is dry with a medium-plus acidity, medium-plus extract, a soft-plus texture, a medium-plus body and a nice presence and persistent flavours of lees, dough, chalk, green apple, grapefruit and oil towards a medium-plus finish.
