Dried fruits, berries, plum and spicy aromas precede a supple palate with sour and bitter cherry flavours. This is quite a restrained Châteauneuf-Du-Pape with some chewiness and a long finish. The seven-hectare vineyard is certified organic, with this wine a blend of 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 10% Cinsault and 5% Syrah.
