A deep purple in the glass. Floral, nasturtium aromas upfront, followed by chocolate, mineral, earthy/chalky notes, and finally, dried black plum. This Gigondas is dry, has a low but adequate acidity, medium texture, medium fine and soft textured tannins and medium body, with proportionate length and fruit intensity of plum, chocolate, mineral/chalky notes and floral replays towards the finish. 2023-2025–IR
