Nutty white fruits and vanilla custard aromas lead to a supple palate. This is a fine-grained wine with complementary oak and fruit finishing with a nice lemony flavour. Grapes were harvested at night, underwent some skin contact then gently pressed. After fermentation, a partial malolactic fermentation was carried out in oak barrels followed by maturation.
