Made from grapes grown at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains, 300 to 400 metres above sea level. Both the altitude and the Mediterranean and Atlantic crosswinds cool the vineyards allowing the fruit to ripen optimally while retaining its natural acidity. This is a wonderfully expressive Pinot Noir with the aromas of candied cherry, strawberry, licorice and violet. This bright red berry fruit continues on the palate, where it is supported by moderate, powdery tannin. 2023-2024–LW
