Salmon pink in colour, this has nice mixed fruit aromas with raspberry, cherries and a touch of herbs. It is elegant with a supple round palate and some complexity. Produced from 70% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache and 10% Cinsault. Grapes were grown on two locations on the estate: La Toulouzanne, which is north-facing on limestone sandstone, and south-facing on Le Canadeau clay limestone.
