Translucent ruby in colour, this wine has intense pungent aromas of blackcurrants. It is supple and smooth, light- to medium-bodied and well balanced. The Herbarium wines are inspired by the large number of wildflowers and herbs found in the vineyards around Tuchan, including rosemary, lavender, poppy and olive. Grenache was grown on 25-year-old vines in schist soils.
